HPStream 14-ax030wm 14" Windows 10 Home N3060 4GB Memory 32GB Storage - Gray

I knew there wasn’t much room on this laptop, but use an external drive to store and work on. But there are files added I can’t control, and there is not enough space for updates. I have tried removing or moving to the external drive, but these were apparently set by the factory and won’t budge. I don’t use or want the Xbox components, but they can’t be removed. I have been in touch with techs but they can’t help me. I am not overly proficient so I hope not having updates won’t hurt. I just needed a laptop to do a few simple tasks, but should have waited until I had the money for a Mac.

I bought this Laptop in a used condition after I bought it new for my brother and it works fine for him so I bought it for me mainly to install kali Linux on it, but it runs too slow I can't even open 4 tabs on it. I would advise you if you want to buy this laptop buy it new don't waste your money on a used one.

I thought it was a brand new laptop and it's refurbished because when I received it on the 24th the previous owner had their password locked in there so I had to contact the manufacturer to get it factory reset and also the computer screen is too small and it doesn't I can't see it with the light it's too dim for me again I thought it was a brand new computer not refurbished I try to contact the previous owner to get a return if you can do that for me I would really appreciate it cuz I wanted to go on bigger and I wanted to get one not refurbished? Thank you

I got a used laptop. It didn't say used/refurbished. I purchased a new one. Look at the screen when it was turned on. This is so unacceptable . Just get it and look....

This is the second stream for me. No hard drives suits me well. If you know your way around Windows, then you should be okay. Still loading programs on it, so fare so good. The internal flash memory is 32 G. Hope with this good review people buy more and price will come down even more. On the HP Box it says perfectly complete and ready to run, it has everything for the basic functioning of a pc which simple enough for me to like. Cheers

Have had laptop for 2 weeks. Have not downloaded anything but chrome and i’m already getting a prompt that I’m running out of space. Definitely not a bargain. unable to upload windows updates as insufficient space.
