DellPN557W Stylus Active Pen for Dell Latitude 12 5285, 12 5289 2 in 1, 13 7389 2-in-1, 7285 2-in-1, 7389 2-in-1.

This was the only pen that I could find that was listed to work with my version of the Dell Latitude (7389) so I was a little hesitant to believe that it would work but it does very nicely! Even has a great pressure sensor to change line width. This pen was one of the more affordable ones that I could find and definitely worth the money, at least for my laptop model specifically. Battery percentage is displayed on Bluetooth menu so you can tell how long before it runs out which is really nice, other pens I have had didn’t do that. Product also shipped really fast and was here the first estimated day (I have prime).

Very precise and works wonderfully with my dell laptop. It took a minute to figure out how to get it to power on but once I did it was perfect. Easy to pair and navigate.

The box came with a manual, lanyard to loop the stylus to your laptop, 2 cell batteries, and one AAAA battery needed to use the pen. Followed the manual to put the batteries in correctly.Initially, I went to Dell's website download the driver for the PN557W, but the pen wasn't reacting to pressure at all. Only then did I realize that the pen actually had PN556W written on it! So I downloaded PN556W pen driver from Dell's website, and now the pressure sensitivity works! I did purchase this with the intention of drawing digitally with the pen, so pressure sensitivity was really important for me.Good thing the PN556W is compatible with my Latitude 7390 2-in-1 laptop!

She uses it to do art with a school laptop, its not the best but it does the trick for what she wanted it for. There is no pressure sensitivity but it has otherwise good accurate.

Worked fine at first. I didn't use it for a while and the next time I tired it it would not write. Top button still works, it is paired to the system but the tip is not detected in any app. Search the web and you will find lots of messages in forums about the same thing and no good answer from Dell.The return window for this item on Amazon is 30 days so you won't be able to return it when it starts failing.

Works like a dream, I'd highly recommend it if you need a pen.

Quick set up- Excellent!

Love the pen looks great felt good in my hands, it connected quickly. But man I’m on day 9 and still won’t work there’s two spots where battery’s the back of the pen connects to the computer. The AAA battery in the front still doesn’t work with my computer. Maybe it’s just me that can’t get it to work.
