Women's 1920s Dress V Neck Beaded Sequin Fringed Gatsby Flapper Dress

The media could not be loaded.  My wife wrote this for the review ... I am 5'7" and weigh about 152 pounds and am a 34 D cup. The extra large size fits good. I feel like it is slightly large in the chest area so I'm just going to wear one of my more padded bras to help fill it out. I was worried why but would not fit in the extra large size because I measured it at 46 in but it fits fine. I wanted to do this review because it took me so long to decide on a dress to order because I didn't feel like my measurements fit into any of the dress sizes. As I am a 38-31-46. I think it is great quality for the price however I would never confuse it for an expensive fancy dress it's just very nice 4 a costume type dress which is what it is going to be use for. My beads and sequins all seem to be attached very well. I purchased the black and gold dress and the black sequins have a turquoise purple shein to them which I think makes them very pretty. The pictures are just of me trying it on with jewelry not the night I'm actually going to wear it out but I had time to do the review now and I'm afraid I won't after I have real pictures. It does have a zipper all the way down one side but have not needed to use it as it slips on easily. The fabric does have a bit of stretch to it which is also nice

Wore to a Gatsby theme wedding, and it was perfect! Great value for the price. Lower cut in front than I would have liked but that’s just me. Only reason for 4 stars is that the fringe on bottom would occasionally shed some pieces, so if someone wanted to get a lot of wear out of this, I’m not sure how long it would last or what the quality of the seams are.

It’s way big in the bust, slightly big at the waist and fits just right on the hips. Will need alterations to fit well. I got a L and XL (I’m 5’5 and a fit 147) keeping the large sending back the XL. Good quality piece. A bit shorter than I expected but the fringe helps set that off.

I needed this dress for a roaring 20’s party and thought it would do the trick. I wasn’t expecting perfection for the price I paid so I wasn’t extremely disappointed when I opened it and multiple beads immediately started falling to the floor. It was I a lot but when looking at the dress I couldn’t really tell it wasn’t missing anything. The fringe on the bottom was pretty sparse/ thin and in some areas they weren’t the same length. The longer ones were easily fixed with some scissors. There was a pretty noticble chunk that were much shorter than the rest but nothing worth sending the dress back. I read the reviews and the size chart and decided to get an XXL as most reviewers said it ran quite small had no stretch to it. I am a normally size 10- 12 in dresses 38 D, with a 32 waist. The XXL was too big for me. The fit was unflattering on my figure and the top was very baggy in the arm pit area. I returned the XXL and opted for the XL. The XL was still a bit too big in the top. Overall it’s a great looking dress for a costume party but I wouldn’t wear this more than once for fear of the wear and tear. This dress is a well made costume at best, not suitable for an fancy cocktail party in my opinion.

I so happy with my purchase. The dress fit perfect, I'm 5'1" and weigh about 168 LB and I ordered a large.. I was scared it was going to be to small, but nope, just right. The head band was freaking adorable, 1 rhinestone was kinda loose but it was okay. Only wearing it once for a great Gatsby sweet 15. The earrings and gloves just made everything fall into place.

Bitter sweet. Absolutely love this dress! It is Beautiful! But I was super disappointed because I ordered a size 2X for myself for a 1920s party. The dress did not fit! There is no stretch to it. I am a size 16 in pants and XXL in tshirts. My daughter who wears a Large was able to wear the dress because it is her size. She is a size 10 in pants and L in tshirts. I guess I would need a 4X?

The dress was beautiful! however I wear about a size 14-16, so I ordered an XXL. It was too small in the waist and even if it had fit, it was way too short well above my knees. But like I said, it's a beautiful dress.

Fit great but ordered XXL after Xlarge was very snug and couldn't see a difference between the two sizes. Loved the dress and it was perfect for our roaring 20s theme. Just wish it would have been a little looser
