Decent low cost tire
Works great for riding around town.It came out of the package folded and bent in some areas, which isn't nice since it's got a wire bead running through it. Still, I installed it and it seems to be working without a problem.

Low max psi
Seem to be good quality but was not aware the max inflation was 70psi. This is a bit low for 700x28c. Am using them as front tire replacement only.

Not happy with the shipping
The tires are as advertised, however , i'm very unhappy with the way "amazon shipped" the tires. These tires have "WIRE" in the beads and shouldn't be bent. They were in fact folded and twisted so they would fit into a 16 inch box. I straightened the beads as best I could and mounted them. I just hope they stay mounted, especially the front one.
