Not for Trampolining
I bought this item to prevent stress incontinence whilst trampolining and it came out during a trampolining exercise class, which caused a lot of embarrassment.

More like an exerciser
This is made of heavy silicone, and tends to fall out. I'm not particularly weak, it's just heavy, and that makes it difficult to use while doing sport.

This is a fantastic invention ! I've been diagnosed with a bladder drop aka a Cystocele. Not invontinent but the incostress offers structural support and reinforces the vagina and corrects the positioning of the bladder. Waiting to see a uro gyne so this is a life saver for me! Thank you incostress!
