ESP having fun - XXL
This ESP CD has the same kind of energy on it as when these four guys (well actually that's minus Karl Cochran and including Chuck Garric) have when they are on stage. They are having a ball and we are part of the party they're having. Lost and Spaced is the XL (Japanese) version of the first ESP CD. With 4 extra songs it's a great edition!

Spaced Out
I bought this CD for my nine year old son for Christmas. He wants to be a drummer and is a big Eric Singer fan having witnessed his live performance on the recent Brutal Planet Tour with Alice Cooper.Singer is respected throughout the Rock world as an excellent drummer serving with people like KIss, Black Sabbath and Tony Immoi through session work. He was recently on three tracks for the tribute Van Halen CD.However, I was not sure about a solo project. What a great surprsie as I sneaked a pre christmas preview of the album featuring Eric on Drums, Jon Corabi - vocals , Guitars Bruce Kulick and Karl Cochran. The album is tight and well produced and the tracks feature good solid vocals and a very energetic rock drive. I was amazed to discover the track Never Before, a hit for Deep Purple almost sounding like Deep Purple.Teenage Nervous Breakdown by Nazaerth was almost a replica of the Nazareth hit and Foxy Lady - Hendrix so similar to Hendrix, it was quite amazing.Other versions covered to name some tracks are Going Blind - Kiss - SOS, Areosmith and another Hendrix track; Changes - from the Band of Gypsies Album. If you like Rock Eric Singer fan or not, this ESP - Lost and Spaced - album is well worth the time, the effort and indeed the money.Eric himself is in sparkling form throughout. I am left quite jealous of my lad CD and hope he isnt too possessive of it!Good one Mr Singer.Deacon Ray Fox
