I like that it has the Ziploc feature to keep it fresh. It tastes just like any other lactation drink. I do use a filter otherwise all the particles will seep into the water. I don't see a big difference in how much more milk is being produced though. Maybe there are other factors. Even though it looks small, I've been using 2-3 teaspoons a day, it lasts over 3 months so far.

I loved the taste. It seemed to work as most of the ingredients are awesome for production. All Except one. Mint is well known to reduce breast milk supply. I would have continued to purchase this monthly, had the peppermint been excluded. Just a suggestion to this company, as you have an almost perfect product. You should replace the mint with another ingredient. You would probably have a ton more sales!

I bought Milk Mama as a gift for a pregnant friend of mine. It’s one of those teas that are hard to say if it works or not. She likes the taste and it has both fenugreek and goats rue. Seem to get a lot more for your money with the loose tea option. Makes a cute gift as well :)

Tasted yummy, hardly needed any sweetener. Did notice a boost in my milk production. I love that it's loose leaf, I can control how much I use per cup or teapot.

I’m really happy with this tea. I have a ton of nursing support teas, and this one works. The taste is also mild and not overpowering or bitter. It’s definitely among the better ones I’ve had.

I have enjoyed this tea, I notice when I’m feeling dehydrated it gives me an extra boost, especially while nursing my 7 week old.

Works great for me. Had 3 cups one day, and next day had to pump because my little one could not handle all milk I had for her.
