Absolutely recommend!
EXCELLENT moist heat item, & also relaxing when your muscles relax & the pain reduces! Better than a "dry" heating pad because this MOIST one gets into your muscles where it's needed - deeper & quicker. Holds up well over time & repeat use. Absolutely recommend!

If you don’t have a hydrocollator
Don’t bother to buy this if you do not have a hydrocollator. If you don’t you’ll have to soak it for a while and even then it felt hard. There are a lot of moist heat microwavable hot packs.

They have a terrible smell of rotten eggs and fall apart easily.

They stink! They work, but they stink!
I have been using Chatanooga brand hydrocollator packs for decades in my massage practice. Unfortunately the quality has seriously declined. The packs take weeks of changing stinky hydrocollator water to finally lose the awful fishy smell. Once they become soft and manageable, they form holes and need to be replaced again. However, I have tried other brands, and they are all like this now. Not sure what this material is, but is seems we are all stuck with this stinky option until another company decides to up the game and create a quality product!

I liked the product's ability to warm soft tissue softness via moist heat in order for me to perform massage therapy treatments.
