I have been a standing desk user for several years. Over the past several months, I've found that my ability to stand for extended periods. At the same time, I was really noticing that I wanted to send to get some relief from the tightness in my hips and upper quads from sitting. But with just a standard desk chair, I only had two positions, stand or sit. With this stool, I can dial it in to give me a balance between getting support for being close to standing and moving it down so I am closer to sitting and avoiding the tightness in my hips and quads. The amount of wobble lets me get a good angle on the seat for support when I'm closer to standing. It does not have a back, which can be tiring, and I retreat to my chair. But this allows the stool to encourage strengthening in my low back.It is very solid and the handles make it easy to move.

Everything about the quality of the product is great so far. It is easy to use. Tho it does have a slight lean, I feel the degree could be more. The base ends up coming off the ground on the back when leaning it forward. This leads me to believe the product will not last long do to wear and tear. But time will tell. The delivery through Amazon Prime was unbelievably fast. I don't love the product yet. But I'll leave a 4 star because of oh easy it is to put together and how fast delivery was too.

This is a well made stool. Love how swivels and adjust and balance to fit your sitting position especially I have a bad posture but easily and comfortably correct myself while sitting.

I was pleasantly surprised by this stool for my standing desk. It was a breeze to set up, and I appreciate that it doesn't take up a lot of room. It perhaps isn't the best for putting all of your weight on it for long periods of time. The seat is comfortable, but my butt fell asleep after a while. It actually is a good reminder to get up and take a short break! It is also wonderful for leaning on when I'm mainly standing up working. Two enthusiastic thumbs up.

What a nightmare. Do not buy this item unless you are 10000% sure it will work for you. We’ve been trying to return it for nearly a month. UPS has refused to pick it up twice and Amazon refuses to help us find a solution. Once assembled it’s literally impossible to disassemble making it unreturnable. Worst experience I have ever had with Amazon.

I really wanted to like this hybrid stool chair but it just isn't very comfortable. At it's lowest setting it's still to tall.

I purchased this leaning stool back in 2020 to go with my standing workstation. I did a lot of online comparisons before I chose this chair, and it did fit all my needs. It worked great for approximately 2 to 3 years. Then one day I noticed it was leaning awkwardly instead of in its vertical resting position. As other reviewers have noted, the material in the base disintegrates over time.Just a few additional notes I wanted to make for other potential customers: first of all, the stool is not supposed to be comfortable, nor is it for sitting; it is a leaning stool which means you just lean against it. Many of the negative reviews complain about the comfort. Secondly, as other customers have noted it is designed for tall people. I am 70 in tall and height wise it is perfect for me. Third, although the base is broken, the stool is still usable. That is why I gave it two stars instead of one.Finally, besides the durability issue, it would have been nice if it had a few more degrees of tilt available, and if the seat were made of a different material that was not slippery.

Some other reviews were mixed on comfort and the tilt of the seat. But in my opinion, it has to do with what you're looking for. If you're looking for a comfortable perch stool for sit to stand desk...this seat and great! It's designed to require the user to ENGAGE YOUR CORE to maintain balance, making it ideal for someone who plans to mostly stand and when they need a little break on the feet to PERCH on the stool.From a STANDING height for my desk that's about 42 in. I'm 5' 7". I can comfortably adjust the height of this stool to lean back slightly and give my feet a rest. I'm slightly on my toes, and my bottom is fully on the seat (with a slight hop up).From a SITTING height for my desk of about 34 in. I can lower this stool all the way down and sit completely with my feet flat on the ground. Slight lean forward and core engaged.Again this stool is designed to engage your core, so if you're looking for easy comfort and lower back lumbar support...this is NOT the seat for you. Get a traditional stool with full back and foot rest.For me...this works...but it all depends on what you are looking for.I'll update if I feel differently after further use, but for now, out of the box and set up, this stool is exactly what I was looking for.As Wendy from Bluey would say..don't neglect your core girls!! 😉
