The plastic cover came off the barrettes within a week of use. The clip holds the hair but the decorative cover is long gone.

These do not stay clipped even on my thin hair, they pop right open, I threw them away.

Still cannot go to hairdresser. Afraid of the virus, so my hair, which I've worn very short for years has grown past my shoulders. I'm not used to long hair anymore, and these clips hold it up in a pony tail, or any way just to keep it away from of my face. The colors are vivid red, blue and other colors. I used to wear the small ones as a child. The large ones were not available at that time. I also bought the small ones, that I did were before. These clips are great.

Feels strong and solid, but I'm a little disappointed in the blue color because in the photos it looks like an electric blue but in real life it's more of a pastel/washed out blue-purple color, not at all what I wanted or expected. At least the black ones were black though.

These are junk. I didn’t think you could mess up a simple barrette, but lo and behold you can. The color peeled off half of them. Now I have half a set of silver barrettes which I didn’t want. Don’t buy these

A little pricy, but there are so many and I was very pleased by their excellent construction. Besides bring on point, style-wise, their utilitarian value is significant. One of these big clips can hold up half the hair on your head while making it look neat and sweet. One note to the makers: perhaps sub out the brown coloured ones for pink. Thank you!

I had a hard time finding large barrettes that would hold fairly fine hair very tightly. I have an assymetrical haircut, and the longer side needs to be held back whenever I am working, cleaning, or exercizing. I bought the package that has different colours, and so I have one to match whatever I am wearing. Super happy.

It's really huge and do not hold well if you have very straight hair

I love the colour. Unfortunately, the very first time they were opened the plastic coating separated from the metal on 3 of them - it doesn't bode well for the rest. I will try using crazy glue to save them, but I was planning on buying other colours - now I'll take a big pass.
