Centurion Round Body Solid Steel Padlock – 65mm Wide Body (70mm Shackle)

Superb quality. Performed as well as other positive reviews say. Heavy duty feel to this lock. Smooth operation and slide. Strong, stout metal with a nice finished feel to it. Used this with a bike cable to secure mountain bikes to vehicle. Confident and safe knowing this is on. Came with three keys.

This is an impressive looking lock, seemly well built and very heavy. The problem is that the manufacturer (Chinese - what a surprise) cheaped out on the design. As a result, this lock is easy to bypass with the right tool that can be bought for about $10 on various lockpicking sites such as Sparrows. Note- you don't have to actually pick this lock, rather a design defect makes it easy to bypass the locking function entirely. If you want to see how easy it is, check out the Modern Rogue Youtube video, "Eight Surprisingly Easy Ways to Open Locks." Bottom line: get it if you want to practice the bypass technique shown in the video, but please don't buy it to secure anything you care about. After a little practice, I can pop this lock open in less than three seconds. Others can too.

This lock is heavy and well made. Don’t have to worry about someone cutting this thing

It has been two weeks since I received the lock. It definitely has a good weight to it. I have thick chains being used with the lock and there is plenty of space left. So far, it has been a durable lock.

Couldn't believe the quality of this lock and for the price. Sturdy construction, lock mechanism is smooth. This lock is built like a tank i would recommend this to all my friends and family that need a heavy duty security lock.

Had this on a storage container for a few months. It rusted very quickly. The internal springs failed in under 6 months. Key turns with no resistance, lock will not lock.

Good Solid Padlock. I'm hoping it will weather well. Will report back in a year.

I am happy with the lock and the key biting, it would have been nice if there were at least one anti bypass wafer installed in the lock or thrown in the package. As it is when shipped, a simple bypass tool can open this lock as fast as the key can.
