Every batch will have a different expiration date. The bottle I ordered on Aug 11, 2020, says it is best by April of 2021.

Q: Would this go good in muffins?

Google Maple Syrup Recipes. I did that a few months ago and found one described as Blueberry Wheat Bran Maple Syrup Muffins. I now make a batch about every other week. Excellent breakfast addition.
