My back and shoulders are often tweaked and in pain. I like to take a hot shower just before bed and put this on the pained area, then go directly to bed. It's as if you can feel the pain lifting right out of your body as you drift off to sleep. I keep a bunch of these so I can give them to family and friends. My 86 year old Father-in-Law still raves to me every time I see him, about how much he loves it!! Buy it for yourself and some to keep to give to your loved ones. You will be a hero!

The original was amazing!!!!! Great relief and amazing smell, I was obsessed with it! Sadly I thought I had a fake bc it’s not as great now, it’s just fine. Reformulation is not as good as original and I’m so bummed bc I can’t find anything I like as much:-(

I apply this gel nightly along with a comparable dose of Voltaren Gel to my hands to help manage muscle soreness from aggressive guitar playing and the upper extremity exercises that facilitate it. This Arnica prep works reasonably well by itself, but the combo is superior.

Smell is strong but it’s very effective.

I took a break from hiking in CO for a hot spring soak and massage. The masseur recommended this Kneipp product and I've used it ever since. It's not greasy and soothes muscles that ache from hard exertion. I don't use it as a pain reliever for severe strains or sprains. But I routinely rub down my knees, elbows and legs. It has a slight pine scent when applied that quickly dissipates.
