Does what it’s suppose to do but doesn’t feel like a quality product.

Makes door too heavy
this makes the door way too heavy to open for both my wife and 10 year old. I find it difficult at times myself but there is no adjustment to make it lighter in anyway. I contacted the seller but no response, probably will have to send it back and get a better quality one with the proper adjustments to make it lighter.
