Mine came in glass. I really wanted the plastic since I want to leave in the car since we love fish and chips I wanted one that wouldn’t break

On the label it states that the contents are Barley Malt Vinegar and Barley Malt Extract, Since it's made from barley and barley contains gluten, it must contain gluten.

Q: Does this have 5% acidity so it can be used in canning?

I just looked at the back side of my one remaining bottle and it says there it's 5% acidity, so it should be safe to use for canning.
