Perfect weight for cardio at 4lbs. Not too heavy or too light. The size is perfect too. Comfortably fits in your hand. The color is lovely as well. I’m happy with my purchase!! 😃

This 6 lb. ball is very comfortable to handle. The ball is easy to palm, for one handed workouts. I use it for bridge exercises, transferring ball from one hand to another.

i really liked this exercise sand filled ball but after about a year, whatever is inside of the ball turned hard and not it sits lopsided and not easy to hold. i had this ball inside, no extreme conditions and so i am not sure what caused the ball to harden. now that it isn't as pliable, i don't use it.

This ball is just what I was looking for. I bought the 4 lb. And 6 lb and they're both great. The material seems durable (rubbery).

Love the smooth soft feel of it compared to harder ones. Easy to grip and fun to use. I like to do shoulder and arms work with it, even while sitting and watching TV. No excuse not to be moving, even if sitting.

After a number of months the ball has become very hard. It is no longer pliable. The ball now feels like a bowling ball.

Just received this today, I was really excited to try it, it was exactly as pictured. Exactly what I needed. But, I left it down for a minute too long and my dog got ahold of it, and punctured it. Definitely on the softer side, which is great for working out. But not durable for your dog.

It does the job but there’s a little air in there so whatever grains are inside slosh around a bit and make for a just slightly less-than-smooth experience.
