Darshana Natural Indian Hair Oil with Ayurvedic Botanicals (2 fl oz.)

My girlfriend and I have recently tried an assortment of skin and hair oils just to experiment in attaining softer skin and hair (such as Jojoba Oil, Moroccan Argan Oil, Coconut Oil, Fur Oil and VERB Ghost Oil to name only a few!) and I must state this oil is probably the purest, most natural oil we've tried so far (although the others mentioned above are wonderful as well) yet Darshana Natural Indian Hair Oil seems to be in a class of it's own. Make sure you use only a few drops when you apply it as the oil is so pure it leaves your hair silky smooth, like silky soft fur.. Literally, like soft, velvety fur!! It's that concentrated with nutrients so use it sparingly!! First of all, it has a wonderful citrus scent, like grapefruit (Fur Oil has a lemon scent) and it leaves the hair on your head or.. the hair "down there" ie pubic hair extremely soft!! The oil itself is a medium thick oil, on the level of Vitamin E-Oil. Actually, my girlfriend and I apply the above mentioned oils (and a few more, very sparingly) after our nightly warm bath and cool shower. We apply these various oils all over each other making sure not to "over apply" as it can be quite fun working these oils into each other's bodies!! We use Jojoba Oil last as it absorbs very quickly although it dries fast and we retain the moisture benefits (of all these oils) the following day even after our morning shower! Now, Darshana Natural Indian Hair Oil really is a "miracle oil" in that it is so concentrated and pure that it leaves your hair, as stated above, feeling truly silky and soft.. We rub a few drops "here and there" over our bodies as a natural skin moisturizer as it feels and smells truly wonderful! This Oil Is Amazing!! It's Pure Magic!! Read the ingredients on the bottle or here in Amazon.. You're truly getting the best of all worlds when it comes to hair and body oil.. The combination of various oils in this blend is awesome!! It's main function is to soften and condition your hair and in this capacity we feel it doesn't get any better!! We ordered the smaller bottle and I'm about to order for us, the larger bottle thru Amazon. Though a bit pricy, ($38 for the larger 6 ounce bottle) it's definitely worth it! Give it a try.. You'll absolutely love it! Again.. We Do!!! 8/14/18 Update: After posting my review yesterday (8/13/18) I immediately ordered the larger 6 ounce bottle.. This hair oil is nothing short of amazing! Reminder: My girlfriend and I use this oil on our hair as well as a body oil which we apply sparingly all over.. We Love It!! Remember, it's very pure and concentrated so just use a few drops here and there. It does absorb quickly although initially it'll appear greasy (it's not) only because of how 'rich" in nutrients it is. Enjoy!!

I have baby fine blonde hair that always gets super dry in the winter, no matter what salon products I use. I recently started ramping up my Ayurvedic practices and decided to look for a good hair oil. This one had the best reviews so I thought I would give it a shot. I was very skeptical about putting oil on my hair at first, but after 3 weeks I know I will never stop doing it! My hair is improved in every way! If feels thicker, with smoother texture, my dry ends look so much better, and it is SO SOFT! My sister keeps telling me it is the best she has seen my hair look in my entire life. The oil is light and has a very good scent. I put it on and work it through my hair in the morning, then leave it on while I do the rest of my morning routine (usually 20-30 min) and wash it out in the shower. I cannot recommend this product enough!

This oil is phenomenal. My hair drinks it in. I'm a 3b w color treated hair. Sometimes I leave it in overnight and plop in a soft t-shirt. Sometimes put it in on dry hair. Sometimes wash it out and sometimes not. Always leaves my hair shiny soft and defines curl.Still use regular styling product, the oil is for treating my hair, not so much for styling.Absolutely will buy again and have recommended to my curly gurlz.Recommended to me via Hair Romance on YouTube and FB closed group.xx Wxgurl.

I left this on for about 40 minutes on my hair dry and braided to the side while I did my laundry. I washed it out and used a hair mask after, then a leave in conditioner, with some of the oil at the tips of my hair before flat ironing. This is great for coarse hair. I see why it's highly recommended especially for the Indian/ Chinese and Brazilian hair like myself. LOVE IT! Just wish it was a bit cheaper...

My hair has been horrible the past months. Fuzzy, dry, some curls, no curls - it was a mess. I had no curls or I would have curls at my scalp or rather frizzy curls then straight and I never knew what I was going to get. This is my hair after using this Indian oil only once!! It brought my curls back.Simply amazing.

This is the first review I write about a product. I am so impressed with this oil! I've had a keratin treatment done for my hair to be permanently straight. That damaged my hair a lot and I was planning to cut it short because nothing seemed to make it better. After 2 uses of this oil, my hair is amazing! It's shiny, silky and so soft! The oil is not greasy or sticky and it smells like orange juice, which I appreciate very much! I feel like my hair drinks it! I got the small size just to see how it works, but I think I will get the bigger size soon. It's the only thing that made a huge difference in my hair!

Just received this today and immediately applied to my hair. Earlier this morning I put my normal oil in my hair since it was so dry. When the darshana arrived I applied it in sections and as I did so the oil soaked in and restored the body and shine and softness my hair had as a child. Oh my, how I already love this product. I will update in a month after washing and continue using. Thank you darshana, I believe this is what I have been looking for.

Works better than any other hair oil I’ve tried. You put just a small amount and work it in your hair. I leave it in for at least a half hour or more, before shampooing. My hair is smooth and shiny. It could be just me, but it deepens the color of my hair. It has a pleasant light orange essence. I’m a fan.
