Q: What size are the threds

The threads for the welder cable are 3/8-24 (bolt threads). I needed a nipple, which I made from a bolt of that size and drilled out the center for the gas to flow

Q: Does the power adapter come with the argon hose connected to it? If so, how long is the argon hose?

Mine is in storage so I cannot measure the short hose.

We do not know any thing about your mentioned chinese welder. This adapter is a typical Weldcraft style hose adapter (105Z57) for WP-9 and WP-17 torch. It will fit if your welder is compatible with these torches. Thanks for your understanding.

This is a gas thru dinse style connector for a #9 or #17 TIG torch with a 3/8" male plug. You probably need the LDTI917 gas-thru dinse adapter with a 1/2" male plug. Either one works on a #9 torch so it depends on the connector size requirement of your welder.
