Disappointed
I returned it- I think they mis-marked the bottle- it had the appearance ,consistency and lather of shampoo...not conditioner. If it really was their conditioner, not creamy or moisturizing at all.

Conditioner or shampoo?
I have used this conditioner for years. I originally purchased it believing that it was shampoo - a misconception which continued for several months, since it DOES raise a slight lather. I still continue to use it as a shampoo when only a light cleaning is needed, especially since I don't have to worry if I happen to miss some during the rinse. However, I have also used it as a conditioner, and it does leave my border collie's fur looking and feeling soft and shiny. I am also very happy to use a detergent free, natural product on my dog.
