This NVR doesn't include a Hard Drive. It has to be bought separately as per the requirement.

Q: Does it support WIFI cameras?

It's an NVR which doesn't have it's own wifi capabilities. However as long as your local network (router) supports wifi it, every camera with an ip address will work. I have a mixed setup working flawlessly from one year.

Q: How to add external harddrive, not showing in storage

Drive can be added internally. U need to open the case and add the drive. There are plenty of videos on YouTube.
