Super soft and is exactly like the picture.
It is beautiful and I adore how bouncy it is. Might want to orde a size up though. My daughter is 10 months old, and fits in 3/6 month clothes still. So i ordered The 6/9 month and she WILL totally out grow it sooner than id hope.
