Works great! more stable than I thought it would be! Assembly was fairly easy. Very satisfied.
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This power tower works great! While some of these reviews comment on shakiness, I purposefully and vigorously tested its balance while doing pullups. While it may shake from side to side when I try to shake it, it actually is quite secure. As you can see in the video, I never experience shaking when using it normally. This power tower is well worth it - especially for its price relative to the other towers I saw. The power tower itself is a great addition to my life and I find myself gravitating to it even outside of workouts - like while I’m making breakfast and before I go to sleep. The construction process wasn’t too difficult either. The only thing that took me some time to figure out is that to attach the back pad, you needed to remove a plastic covering from the insertion hole. Other than that, assembly was fairly intuitive with the manual.

The last review you'll need to read before you buy!
I spent hours on Amazon trying to find the right free standing pull up/dip/leg raise equipment for under $200. There was always that one review that deterred me from buying a piece of equipment saying that it wobbles or the bars bent or, if your over 200 lbs you won't be able to use it comfortably at all. I decided to roll the dice with the Relife and man, am I impressed. It took about 30 min to put together (tools included with package) and was extremely straight forward. There are reviews that say this thing moves when you're doing pull ups and dips but I'm 6' 5", 240 lbs and with slow, controlled reps (which is what you should be doing) this thing doesn't wobble one bit! Due to my size and weight I was not expecting such a solid experience. I recommend this to anyone looking to add on to their home gym. Bravo guys!

Extremely sturdy! 5’9” female
Pull ups, leg raises, push ups - put together myself - 135lbs female. Pretty easy - used my workout bench to help me as I needed one side and then the other to be supported when initially assembling the big bars. Love it! Doesn’t take up a lot of room. Way better than mybdoor hanging bar. I am always afraid I would yank out the door frame doing pull ups - now I don’t have to worry about that. Plus there are other exercises I do in it! 😃👍

Great machine, well built
I'm nearly 300 lbs, 6'3" and it is only slightly tippy when I do reverse arm dips on the front hand bars. The top bar reaches very high and everything is well built, easy to follow single page instructions that comes with the wrenches, though I used a socket set for a quicker assemble. Overall we are happy with this tower

Many features, all front facing, good price!
Pros:* Sturdy for my 200lbs even when jumping up to the bar.* All features are on one side which allows it to go up against a wall or in a corner.* Push-up handles.* Pull-up bar adjustable height.* Price + delivery convenience.Cons:* Was dinged up cosmetically and a slot for the back rest was compressed; I fixed it though and it wasn't weight bearing anyway.Tips:* Just start on putting the base together first. the 1 page instructions don't walk you through, but it's simple to go from the bottom on up. Inventory and lay out the bolts, washers, nuts first.* Don't gorilla-hulk the bolts and nuts; you will compress the box steel and the nylon lock nuts won't feel tight like ordinary nuts. Just a few threads showing is all you need.

nice for the price, one concern
Pretty nice Dip Station, Chin-up bar height can be adjusted, and back rest is easily removable. The Armrest on mine is the new version, so can be extended out for longer arms.My only concern is if this will be robust enough.... while putting this together lots of the box steel sections deformed pretty easily while tightening the bolts, so the steel is pretty thin. The frame doesnt deform when I use it (Im around 190 lbs) but it may be possible that repeated stresses of use could cause the metal to fail. Will update the review if things start to break, but so far considering the cost and adjustability I think it deserves 4 stars.

Great product for this price
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Purchased the tower for the office, and it works great. I was very pleasantly surprised at how little space it took, it fits nicely in its corner. The frame is heavy and resilient, locked together with large and solid bolts. When assembled and tightened, it is as stable as a solid frame. It’s adjustment points has large knobs and is very easy to turn. All in all, everyone in the office likes it and hopefully will start a fitness trend in the office.

Nice product for the price, would be really good with a few small improvements.
I received the product well packaged and no signs of damage outside or inside the box. All parts were well wrapped and nuts and bolts were in a small box. I saw some reviews about shipping damage - not sure that's the seller's fault. On opening, things were fairly clear. Followed the instructions and it took about an hour for my son and me to put it together. Don't tighten any joints until the whole thing is up, and don't over-tighten anywhere, and you'll be good.Once put together it feels quite stable. The foam grips are decent quality. It is nice that the pull up bar can be moved up or down to suit. The arm rests may be a bit small for larger people.A couple of things could be improved. The back rest position adjustment is quite coarse, a finer adjustment would work much better. The back rest needs to be slightly inclined not absolutely vertical. Maybe about 15 degrees inclined back bottom to top. If the pull up bar had a pair of grips at right angles to the bar it would be perfect. Slightly thicker padding on the hand grips would be nice.As it is, it seems very good for its price. I am happy with my purchase after about a month's use.
