Silverline Orion T1 Designer Stainless Steel Ceiling Cooker Hood - Motor 700m3/h

This unit looks great. It's easy to use. The lights (a little too warm white for my taste) toggle from off, center 2, outer 4 and all 6. They easily provide enough brightness.The fan has 4 settings and even on the highest the noise is barely noticeable. It has a great feature of running on for 15 minutes after you've finished too.My only concern is the claimed 700m3 / hr extraction volume. At full setting and the hob directly below the steam from them doesn't seem to get sucked up very well - it drifts off to the sides. I've no way of actually knowing if it meets the values they state, but either way, the extraction isnt as good as I hoped for such an expensive unit

Good extractor fan , quite powerful , comes with a remote You need to build a surround for it , I was getting a new kitchen in , so my joiner built a surround for it , put plaster board around the surround then had it plastered , looks great

We've had this hood installed for over two years now and it is absolutely perfect and has so far run trouble free. It's quiet, extracts decent volumes of air, and looks great. We installed it above the kitchen island (above hob) in a purpose built box attached to the ceiling. The extractor motor is fixed directly above in the void formed by the ceiling joists. The air is ducted out of the wall to a louvre which prevents air ingress. I replaced the supplied halogen GU10 bulbs with LED GU10. The grease filters wash in the dishwasher, and the only slight negative is keeping the stainless steel on the hood (which is effectively on the ceiling) sparkling and clean! I would definitely recommend this to anyone considering purchasing it.

Fantastic extractor fan that is quality thro out. *Fan unit is a bit unit noisy. 6" ducting can carry smells long way. Have recommended this fan to 2 friends already!!

Looks fab and we love it very quiet to we live in a bungalow so we have it flush in the ceiling and the motor in the roof
