Dritz 309-P-33 Zipper Slider, Size 5, Gunmetal

I purchased another brand and it just fell apart in my hand. This one works great and gives you a little tool to put on...took seconds to put a #5 on my jacket. Good as new. Doesn't help you if there are teeth missing in the zipper, but if it's just the pull - great! I bought another for my boyfriends jacket too!

This replacement zipper pull allowed me to continue using my winter coat. There were no instructions with the package, but you are directed to a website with clear instructions. It was easy to put on my coat and works well.

Nice fix for a broken zipper, but it took 4 orders to get it to work. First order -- tool was missing, and I broke the zipper trying to open it without the tool. Second order -- ordered the wrong zipper. Note that a zipper for metal teeth will not work for plastic teeth, but at least I got a tool. Third order -- empty package with no tool or zipper inside. Fourth order (free replacement for third order) -- tool was missing yet again, but at least there was a zipper and I still had a tool from the second order. Installed in a few minutes. It works but does not glide as easily as I would like. But at least I can zip up my winter jacket now.

At the time of this review, I have easily installed the replacement zipper slide on a soft cloth bag/luggage. It fit perfectly on the plastic/nylon (not sure the zipper material itself) zipper—make sure you measure—mine is a #5.The only thing I wish it included are the zipper slider stops for the closure of the zipper, as shown in pictures I have to use a safety pin until I can get a couple stops.It might be a tad pricy. I have no idea if it is sold at brick and mortar stores.I have only had this product for a day but it works so far.

Finally a product that is workable and lasts. I have struggled replacing zipper heads for many years and this product makes it so easy. Just remember there is a difference between metal, plastic and cool coil zippers.

This zipper head attached easily to my jacket. It was a little hard to open with the attachement. I thought I might break it, but with extra pressure it opened fine. a 15 plus year old jacket now has new life! Would recommend this well made product!

I had received the product with the slight delay. Yet, once I opened it, I could see it is a good zipper. It would most likely work on any common size 5 coil zipper, yet mine was quite uncommon. Therefore, I didn't manage to use it, yet. I am quite sure one of the other zippers will go bad soon. Nonetheless, once you have it on your hands, you'll see it is a quality driven little zipper. Waited weeks for this, Complete waste of time & money, broke within five minutes of fitting, utter Rubbish dont waste your money

Solid, well made and does the job. Make sure you get the right one for your zipper pull repair.
