Update: These suck. Blackhawk! Single stack magazine holster worked 1000% better.
Update: I've worn for a few weeks now, and have had three separate occasions where the magazine fell out of the holster. God forbid I bend over, walk the dog or engage in normal daily activities. I wish I still had the bag so I could return them. I have no idea what I will use them for, but it won't be to hold pistol magazines. I got a Blackhawk! Single stack pistol magazine carrier instead. Retention is almost too tight, but at least I know it's a quality product that won't quit.Original review: I bought these to hold Smith and Wesson m&p shield 9mm magazines, and they do fit. After carrying IWB for a week, I don't like them like I had hoped. The good:The length is good in that the 8 round magazine sits at a good height. Despite having no retention at all, I don't think the magazine will fall out. I have the clip over the belt and pant material and it's sized correctly for that. The metal clip seems to stay put but loosens easily with a press of my thumb outwards from the waistline. The bad:The holster is made of a neoprene material that really seems like it won't hold up in the long run. I feel like it needs to be "babied" when putting on or taking it off. I'm assuming the material was chosen so it could breathe, but honestly it's such a small surface area that it won't matter. Also, this magazine holster does not have any noticeable padding. You feel like metal is jutting into your side and will just have to suck it up and get used to it. A small amount of padding facing the wearer would have made a big difference in overall comfort... and being it's a single stack magazine carrier I don't think the slight increase in thickness would be noticeable. One of the two belt clips was mounted slightly off (see picture) but not enough for me to return it for that. The verdict:It holds a magazine and likely won't fall out/off accidentally. Not optimistic about longevity of this product and its not comfortable at all. Strangely, my kydex IWB gun holster is more comfortable despite being a harder material. Time will tell but for now I'm going to continue searching for the perfect magazine holster for IWB carry, because this isn't it. Hope this honest review helps you out.

Elegant simplicity
I haven't worn these for days on end, but so far they seem surprisingly comfortable while offering a good balance between retention and ease of extraction. I also like the low-profile appearance. One surprise is that, unlike kydex or form-fitted leather magazine pouches, how tightly you cinching your belt affects how snugly your magazines are held in the pouch (I know, it seems obvious in hindsight. Also, I expect that the fabric construction will wear out significantly faster than kydex or leather would, but I'm comfortable with "disposable" pouches that cost less than the magazines (or even just the ammo) filling them. Doubly so given that I still expect them to last several years at my anticipated level of use.EDIT: I uploaded a picture to help answer a question about what size belt the pouches will fit. A 1.75-inch belt should fill the belt clip very snugly.

Great IWB or OWB Mag Holster ... but NOT for .45ACP!
Well made, great little mag holster. It can be used IWB or OWB. I got them primarily for double stack .45ACP mags. The description states that it fits most 9mm, .40, and .45. Unfortunately, it doesn't. It's like trying to fit 100lbs of potatoes in a 50lb bag. I guess I'll keep them for future use with something else or trade them with someone. Great product, but a little disappointed that they don't fit as described.

Comfortable! Amazing Value!
I've incorporated two of these IWB pouches into my EDC system. Neoprene soft pouches give you a lot of comfort but cost you the ability to "re-holster" your mag when training reloads. You're not likely going to need to re-holster your mag in a hurry so IMO you're not giving up anything but a few more training reps.Retention is reliable but the "feel" is different with this soft pouch vs some kydex or poly hard pouches with adjustable tension. The mags stay secure but there is little resistance when you need them. I've not tried them inverted or anything like that but for normal use, they're perfect. For comfortable IWB mag carry, you really cannot beat the value here. This is one of those deals you find on Amazon that pleasantly surprise you.

Simple and effective
Carrying magazines is sometimes more difficult than the primary piece. I used this item to carry a flashlight, and Ruger American 9mm double stack mags. Perfect fit. Good enough retention. Not too bad re-holster, (still two hands). No down side considering the cost and with the four pack I got, I can see getting creative with carry options. Currently using this as an OWB mag holster for comfort. Also. This is a family business in Michigan and I love supporting them. Only odd thing is the "free" gun holster was not included, but that is no issue with such a reasonable price. A great buy!

Really comfortable. Good build.
Ok so honestly I don’t really write reviews but these guys send some pretty funny emails asking you to leave a review. They made me laugh so I figure the least I can do is leave a little review. These things are pretty sweet. They are a little smaller which is fantastic for a mid size to compact pistol mag. Full size ones stick out a little too much to be comfortable. But I carry an hk vp9sk and those mags fit perfectly! These holsters are really comfortable to the point I forget they’re there. And don’t have some crazy still retention to them. They hold firm enough I wouldn’t be worried hanging upside down from anything but I also don’t need to yank my pants into my crotch to get the mag free either. All around the price is right and these are a good alternative to the stiff plastic typical magazine holsters.

Good for the price.
Not bad. Good product for the money. The only thing I don't like is the material seems to get just a little stretched out over time. Not so bad that it doesn't hold the mag and constantly falls out. But just enough to were it can easily slide out with little effort. Once it is clipped on to the belt or pants it obviously isn't as much of a concern. Just some thing to keep in mind. Would only dedicate one size mag for one pouch and let it form its shape and become home.
