We would like to give this product another try because we like ...
I am on the fence about this product. I am not quite sure if it worked in my pool or not?? My husband and I used it one week and we didn't see much improvement in our pool water (compared to other products normally used). BUT - in fairness - after using it, we had 3 days of down pouring rain, so it could have been a result of everything getting thrown off with the water in our pool due to the rain. We would like to give this product another try because we like the fact that you can treat the water then swim shortly after. But, it's not a cheap product so we hate to throw away our money if the buy again only to get the same results again. Oh well.

Excellent pool sanitizer
Product arrived on time, well-packaged and is exactly as described. We have been using this product for years, and with just this, chlorine tablets and a pH increaser it is all we ever need to keep the water clear and balanced. cannot say enough about this product to do it justice, great stuff.

Buy it, your pool will be Sparkling Clear before you know it!
This is one of my favorite shock treatments for my pool, it containes an algicide and a clarifier. It is the only one that I ALWAYS go back to, and about the best I have ever used. My pool is in direct Sunlight, so the chlorine and shock burn off quickly and there are woods behind my house containing wet lands, so between the heat, sun, and moisture, I would struggle greatly with algae. This product is fantastic, As I said the one I come back to all the time. It is difficult to find in stores, and when I do its more expensive.

Will always buy this brand.
I have used this brand since we installed our pool many years ago. I have never had our pool turn green...it is always crystal clear. I know that there is more to keeping it clear than the shock, but my motto is "don't fix it if it ain't broke"! So I will always use this brand...it is just getting harder and harder to find in stores to buy, so thanks Amazon!!

Simple the best pool shock ever.
I was tired of blaming my pool sand , the backwash valve and even to an extent to my pool pump. I got my sand changed but still the over expensive local pool shop chemical didn't work. The pool guy who came to change my sand even threw in some free shock but look like even he threw some dirt worthless chemical which couldn't clean my pool.I started to look product online and after reading the reviews I ordered it. Just one packet made my pool sparkle like never before. I would say there are some parts of my pool I am seeing very clearly and for the first time after using this shock.I will use it forever now. You wont be dissatisfied. People who have posted bad reviews might have something else going on with their pool.

Clear pool No pump!
works just as described great product. I will most definitely buy more. my pool is only 636 gallons so the bag will last you a while you should use about .014 oz. for 636 gallons. this 1lbs = 16oz bag does 12,000 gallons.
