These low waist maternity hipster briefs have been designed mainly for 2nd & 3rd trimester to sit below your baby bump and have been cut with a low leg. Made from soft bamboo fiber and cotton for comfort, these pregnancy panties will naturally conform to your changing body. The low-waist notched style makes them ideal for postpartum recovery since the waistband won't bother a C-section incision. They make a perfect baby shower gift.

Absolutely BLOWN AWAY by the comfort, quality and value!!
This is my 2nd pregnancy, but my first where I am actually trying "maternity" panties versus my usual Victoria's Secret comfies. I had a C-section with my first pregnancy, and noted, even shortly after, that most of the waistbands of my other underwear irritated or dug into my incision. As my belly and body has changed and expanded, the irritation with regular underwear has continued into my second pregnancy. I've tried various higher waisted, and lower waisted underwear to try and overcome this issue, but nothing really seemed to help. Everything I've tried has rolled down, scratched, dug in, had horrible panty lines or provided me with NO coverage in the rear. After reading multiple reviews on Amazon, I saw these panties and decided to give them a try. They were priced right for three pairs (under 10 bucks), and the reviews were good. My order came in an attractive, branded zipper bag (A+ for presentation). When I opened the package, inside were three of the softest, most comfortable panties I've ever tried on. These are neither high, nor low rise, but somewhere in the middle, with what I'd call a medium thickness/width waist band that V's in the front to prevent rolling and keeping them in place, without digging into the belly or most importantly for me, irritating my expanding belly and prior c-section incision. There is ample back coverage without any "cheek peeking" and no panty lines to be seen. They are also somewhat higher rise in the back vs the front so I don't feel like I am having to hike them up constantly. These have a seamless design with no tags and are made of the softest blend of Bamboo cotton and spandex. They are thin enough to not feel bulky or get too hot, but not thick enough to create panty lines. There are perfectly right in the middle. I even ordered my pre-pregnancy size and they fit perfectly!Since purchasing these, I've searched and tried other styles and brands and can say HANDS-DOWN nothing compares and plan to continue to wear this brand shamelessly beyond pregnancy and will be ordering more of these. I have no complaints about this product, but would LOVE to see them in packages of more than 3, and with other color or print options. Out with the old, and in with the new and MUCH IMPROVED!

Perfect for maternity or post-surgery
I bought these to wear after a major intestinal surgery because I know that my abdomen will be very swollen for at least a week. These are perfect. They are very soft and stretchy. The waist in the front is slightly higher than I would want for a maternity panty (or post-operative panty), but they are thin and soft and flexible that it'll stay put at a lower spot. The only downside to these panties is that the crotch area does not have a white cotton insert sewn into them. If you are watching fluids, you'll want a white insert sewn into your panties, which means you'll need a different pair for those days.POST-SURGERY UPDATE: Now that I've had my surgery and worn these for a few months, I wanted to update. First of all, not having the cotton insert made no difference at all. In fact, these are breathable and comfortable already. They are very stretchy and perfect for a post-surgical swollen abdomen (which means they will also be perfect for your pregnant belly). The only downside I would say is that they feel like they will sag at any moment, which gives a little feeling of insecurity, but that's an illusion of the thick fabric. They actually never do slide down or sag. They stay in place quite securely, even though they FEEL like they will not stay in place, they DO stay in place.

Worthwhile purchase
Not sure why I waited so long to purchase maternity underwear. Once I hit the third trimester, the "pre-pregnancy" size rules went out the window. I sized up from a pre-pregnancy medium to a large in these and they fit well. I didn't realize how uncomfortable I had been in my normal underwear. The stretchy material helps them stay up better than the cotton set I bought, but I like having both options. I typically choose to wear these ones under my leggings when I go to yoga. The crotch panel is definitely too far back (or maybe it's just not long enough?) but that seems to be the norm for maternity underwear and I wear a liner everyday, so it's not a deal breaker. I do more laundry now since I'm rotating between 6 pairs but they are all holding up well (I'm at 39 weeks now).

The most comfortable underwear you'll ever own
Edit 07. 28.2020:So the 3 pack is out of stock so I ordered the other ones. The material is completely different. The medium for PERFECT in the 3 pack and we're nice and stretchy. The medium in these is more cotten feeling and way too small. Thought I'd be the same size in both. Hopefully they bring the others back because they were the best! I have a new born so running to return these isn't possible right now. Super bummed.Original Review: The most comfortable underwear EVER!!! I'm 9 months pregnant and I would recommend them to every woman pregnant or not. Very good quality. They're very stretchy so you could get a size smaller than you think. I'm 5'7" 181 lbs full term, 150lbs pre baby and a medium is comfortable with room!

Love these for my growing belly and butt and thighs.
These are wonderful, just ordered a 2nd set today! Great fit for growing with and super comfortable. The material is soft and thicker than most thin panties, so I am sure these will be great for postpartum as well. I ordered a medium and I'm 24 weeks along, weigh 155 lbs and am 5'4. I probably could've fit in a small, but these have a little room to grow and aren't too tight. I also don't have to worry about anything moving because they fit nicely around my legs and butt and hold in everything.

Buy them!
Very happy with purchase! These are the most comfortable underwear I have purchased. Very soft and strong. They don’t fall or slip but they are stretchy enough to grow with my pregnancy. I am 5’2” 173lbs and 25 weeks pregnant. I’m usually in between sizes M and L. After reading reviews I opted to buy the medium and they fit great. I also purchased the motherhood maternity fold over in large. They fit bigger and do not stay put. It’s nice they can cover the belly slightly but don’t have enough stretch to stay in place folded or not. They are also very thin.
