I bought the Biology book in this series and this one is just as good. Be warned that it's not comprehensive enough as an initial study guide, but is very good to revise from. It is clearly set out, with material that is just for the extended paper highlighted in grey so you know what to particularly revise for paper 3 (or what to leave out if you are doing core). The book highlights common misconceptions which is very useful - my daughter realised she still held some of these even after studying the course! It also sets out exam type questions and sample answers, talking you through what is good about the answer and how it could be improved. My only very slight niggle would be that there are 5 very long chapters. These correspond to the 5 topics, but in the Biology book they were much better subdivided into smaller chapters, which is better for successful revision. However, this is a very minor grumble which wouldn't stop me from wholeheartedly recommending it.

useful for revision- everything broken down into small chunks. You will need to have a text book with you when revising with this book, or better to use once revision form textbook is complete.

Clear summaries and plenty of exam questions and modelled answers. Easy to access as the layout is very student friendly.
