How does this compare to the secrets2 anti-dull skin primer? Did one replace the other?

This product by Loreal is awesome. Dont know if you ever used La Mirador Eye lightening treatment, concealer but this is JUST like that but I can't get that anymore because QVC no longer carries La Mirador. It costs them too much to carry. This is the next best thing. It gets rid of dark shadows under eye too. And smooths lines. with NO RETIN A to irritate. Its more like a MAGIC MINERAL LIGHTENER/Concealer.

Can this be used as a primer?

This 100% CAN be used as a primer!! That’s how I use it. If worn underneath, it makes your makeup look luminous and skin tone even and pore free!!
