Original Review (2 Stars): I have had a hand full of these wifi cams. This one is TERRIBLE. I have had it about 2-3 months or so, every 5-10 minutes I have to refresh the camera because it freezes, and that is when it will even connect. I have it hard wired to my router and there are points in time it just says "Device is Offline" for no reason at all, and stays that way for hours before working again, sometimes up to a day. And no unplugging and plugging in does not fix this. This camera is a total waste of money. I have literally not one good thing to say about this camera, it has been nothing but a headache.Updated Review (4 Stars): I never contacted to company myself, however they reached out and insisted upon sending me a replacement camera even though I told them I had no intention of shipping back the old one. All they asked is that I update the review to more stars. I have had the camera going for just today and it has already booted up faster, hasn't disconnected yet, and seems just be working better. The software is still very disorganized and limited, and I tried to see if I could add the faulty camera to the program and through the website. It just won't add and I don't know why. So far however this camera is working better and serves its purpose for now. The customer service is the saving grace for this company, they wanted to do anything possible to make things right at any cost which is pretty rare.

The camera came a few days after ordering. The packaging was beautiful and well done. All parts necessary to use the camera and mount it are included. An SD card can be added to save recordings but is not necessary to operate camera. I set the camera up in my computer lab for testing. The resolution is excellent, color rendition is accurate and response time is acceptable. The camera has an available Ethernet port to use if you don't have a suitable WiFi setup. We use a Unifi Wireless Access Point. WiFi setup was well documented and simple to do. In fact this was one of the easiest WiFi cameras we ever used. I would have liked the camera to be POE (power over Ethernet) I cannot fault them for that as this unit has an acceptable WiFi radio.The smartphone application Myannke is decent compared to other sketchy apps we have used before. I find the app works better than the Internet Explorer connection to the camera. The pan and tilt functions work good for a camera in this price range. It is best to use the controls in a slow steady manner, due to the latency of WiFi you can over compensate easily on adjustments.I found that the camera switched from day to night mode quickly and without any noise. Overall the camera works well. It gives you a lot for the money. The software is better than average and it works well.Will update review later with some downloaded images. Wasn't able to get software downloaded tonight.

This is a pretty nice camera, but the software is really poor. If you look on the App store under Myannke, you'll see the reviews--a 1.5 rating! It's hard to explain just how bad this is. For instance, for every motion detection I would get 4 notifications, even if notifications were turned off. There were many false alarms, even when set to moderate sensitivity. Multiple recordings are stored (only on a micro-SC card, not an SD), but to delete them you have to go one at a time rather than have a multiple select. To even get to the recordings, you have to stumble upon what needs to be done--hold press on the camera icon and then choose "records". This was clearly a foreign product that has been brought to the US, but only a partial and poor translation. See the picture attached that is received when you try to uninstall the desktop software! The documentation that comes with the camera is very limited. There's an online manual, which is slightly better, but you need to do a Google search to find that. The installation worked without problem, but was pretty strange--you need to hold your phone to the camera, which somehow exchanges sounds with each other to get it setup. I'm a technology person and don't often give up on products, but this one I ultimately gave up and returned. The camera itself seems pretty solid, with pan & tilt, clear image. It just becomes unusable with the software. There may be other pieces of software you can use with this camera, I didn't go that far to find out.

This camera is great. Installation and setup was a breeze, much easier than any other IP Camera I have tried. Image quality is excellent, and the pan/tilt feature is very smooth. Latency to my device over WiFi is next to none, and although I am able to adjust quality to get an even lower latency, there is no need, as the 1080p setting is flawless. The two way audio feature is an awesome addition. The camera comes very nicely packaged, and includes a wall mount bracket, wall anchors, and screws - everything you need to get going!! The power cord is a micro USB and is plenty long (~ 6 ft.) for most places in my home. The app is very easy to use, and quite intuitive. The pan/til feature works by swiping your finger across the screen, and when moving, the camera itself is very very quiet. The motion detection feature is SUPER COOL. It can auto pan and tilt to follow an object across the room. For the features and quality of this IP camera, I would have expected to pay A LOT more! Very happy customer!
