Great little set of taps for an excellent price. Good quality and fast shipping. They work like they are supposed to. Just be super careful when you are going small. Mine was quite successful. Recommended

- Useful range of sizes and includes every single standard ISO ...
Pros:- Useful range of sizes and includes every single standard ISO metric thread in between, with the sole exception of M2.2 x 0.45, a thread I've never seen in use in anything.- I haven't tried them on any harder materials, but vs. 1/8" HDPE and ABS plastics in combination with a decent pin vise, they work great and produce threads that perfectly match corresponding machine screws.Cons:- The box is terrible. Difficult to open, devoid of any size labels, and lets the taps slide around vertically.- The taps themselves have size labels, but they are all extremely difficult to discern even under 3x magnification + good lighting. I just use a digital caliper to tell them apart when they get mixed up.Notes:- All mentions of a "M2.6" tap in the photos are incorrect and should be M3 x 0.5., as per the item title, description, details, etc.

Decent quality, fair price, and quick shipping.
I used the 3.5 mm tap to cut threads in both steel and aluminum. It worked well, just like any other quality tap that I have owned and used. That for a decent product at a fair price. For as often as I will use these to tap insanely small threads, they are more then up to the task. Shipping was very fast, exactly as promised.

Worked perfectly!
These saved me while restoring an old scooter... I had the (steel) frame powder-coated, and they didn't properly plug the tiny turn signal mount holes. Long story short, after hours of frustration, ordering a different tapset that was not up to the job, and getting very close to reaching for the JB Weld, I ordered these. And they worked perfectly. One note for other non-jewelers: these are too small to fit in a standard tap wrench. I used a pin vise (this one specifically: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00375DEPI). I also used some Tap Magic lubricant. No issues besides taking a few breaks to shake out my cramping hands during 4 the taps.

Not all taps in the set are HSS
The m3 tap doesn’t appear to be HSS and had rust on it upon arrival. Low quality.

Good Quality and Value
The set of micro taps are in sizes found on many small devices, not just clocks. Sometimes being able to re-tap a hole makes it possible to repair an item or not, so even though I currently only needed one of the sizes, I bought the entire set. The quality is excellent.

Extremely brittle, cutting into aluminum shattered my tap.
I got this for the m2 tap and it worked great on the first couple of holes, but then it shattered into 4 pieces when I applied torque on the third hole.
