Well made. Dual fuel right out of the box. Deal breaker is the strong smell of propane that the unit emits whenever it’s on. Tried two separate units, and the natural gas unit also emits odor of gas, so it did not appear to be a dysfunction of just this unit. The way that the fuel fires from right to left is what the source of unburned fuel appears to be.

This product works way better than I imagined. We have a large living space and our farms office and it keeps that entire half of our house warm. Our excruciatingly expensive electric furnace hasnt turned on since we installed this. Well worth the money.

As another review stated this is unsafe with propane as only half if it lights and there's a small explosion when the other 2 plaques light. It can't be returned after 30 days through Amazon so we've lost money on this heater.

This product is useless . it starts alright but when it goes off it will not reignite . I have done replaced the line , the regulator and it still won't restart

I like everything about this furnace. It’s looks, thermostat control and ease of operation.

Absolutely love this heater. It gives off ample heat and the thermostat helps keep the temp comfortable without having to constantly adjust the heater.
