Warmland Double Bed Electric Bed Warmer - Rust

I had bought Cozyland double bed electric warmer in the month of November 2018 and within 2 months it stopped working. The quality of the product is very poor especially the electric wires. The electric wire at the electric warmer junction has melted due to short circut. Considering the warmer is placed under the bedsheet, this could have easily resulted in a fire hazard if the malfunction was not noticed in time.Since the product comes under 5 year replacement warranty, I tried calling their so called 24X7 helpline number but it was switched off. I called the MD of Cozyland after tracing the number from their website and he was very non cooperative and asked me to not call him repeatedly even when I called him for the 1st time. However, he redirected me to another number and I was asked to send the invoice through Whatsapp. Even after sending the invoice, I have not received any response from the manufacturer for availing the warranty. Despite numerous follow-up over phone, the manufacturer keeps on delaying and provides vague responses. So the 5 year warranty is basically a sham and one would be lucky if the brand actually replaces the defective product.So why not to buy any product from Cozyland & its associates.1) Poor Quality product2) Non existent customer helpline number3) Dubious warranty of 5 years4) No response from the brand even after follow ups.So don’t waste your money buying inferior quality products with dubious warranty conditions.UPDATE (04-02-2019): The seller/brand has not even responded even after contacting them and telling about the issue. The company doesn't honour the warranty of the product and will simply not respond. Hope Amazon takes these issues seriously and ensures that such dubious brands are not allowed to sell their products on their website. Avoid Cozyland and don't waste money buying their products.

The product is working fine. But we found it is not new maybe used product. Packing is not satisfied. How they show in video it is not like that compared with quality and packing. How ever the idea of product making is good. it is very help to old age people and children specially in cold season. I thanks to Amazon that they introducing and selling these type products.

The media could not be loaded.  Below standard quality product. One portion of this blanket is faulty as it doesn't warm up instead of the fact switchs (on/off temperature adjusters) working properly. This is first time when I used this blanket today as the winter has sat in. Amazon shouldn't include this product for supply. I feel I wasted my precious money for nothing.

The product is good.Only the wire length from electric blanket to 3 stage control setting should be at least 8 inches longer and wire from 3 stage control setting to 2 pin plug should be at least 18 inches longer.

Nice my grand maa happy with this,I purchased 2 but this one is working good bcz thus also I purchased in off season for my grand maa bcz she doing therapy and she feeling well

very nice product. using since nov month. it has 2 points to control heat (left and right). 2 heat adjustments. (low and high). i usually prefer low, as it warms up sufficiently.

Disgusting,I ordered for cozyland polyester premiun double electric bed warmer of blue colour,and they sent warmland electric bed warmer of red colour,and both size switches we're not working

I bought this product few days ago, i started it the moment i received. I waited for more then 30 min still one side of the blanket did not get warm. Other side was totally warm. So i have returned it. I wanted to gift this to same one but thank god i checked first.
