I bought these optimistically doubtful they would be of any benefit. But for 3 bucks, what do I have to lose? I spend more on coffee. I put them in my slippers the first night. I expected them to feel "weird" but they weren't uncomfortable. I've had problems with my feet and what I believe is a neuroma. The next day, my feet felt noticeabley better. I wondered if the inserts really contributed or if I was just having a good foot day. My back felt good too, but I didn't think anything of it. I wore them all day the next day, and by the 3rd day I knew it was the inserts that were making the difference. My neuroma is significantly less painful. My back feels good, but it wasn't that bad to begin with.

I am the world's worst sceptic and I really didn't think the insoles would be all that great,but I thought they were worth a try for the price.WOW,was I ever surprised.By the 3rd day of wearing them for work,which involves standing the whole shift,I realized I wasn't as tired and I didn't have the awful pressure/burning in my feet.My lower back isn't as painful although that is never going to go away, and I have cut my pain medication by half.That is a huge benefit in itself.

Gave my husband and son a pair. They are on their feet all day. They can't believe how much of a difference they make in a day of hard work. No leg pains, ankle and back. This is the first few days but we will check back in. Just over whelmed right now. Going back for more.

I have severe lower back and hip pain along with Fibromyalgia and when I saw these advertised by the physician who invented them and read the reviews and comments of those who have used them I decided to try a pair.....At first they feel strange, but I have never had this type of object in my shoes before....but after wearing them for a while I really think they are helping...I don't get as tired and my hip and lower back pain doesn't seem to be as severe as it is when I don't use them....I AM IMPRESSED.....and want to get more for my other shoes and boots....

I have not used this item yet. I purchased two pair intending to give one to my son for Christmas. However, when inspected, I found that both pair are missing several magnetic balls. Very disappointed! Not even sure how to contact anyone for help in resolving this issue.

I have bought these insoles based on a recommendation. You can cut the soles exactly to fit perfectly. At the beginning, it takes some getting used to, but over time it is very comfortable and has a high massage effection.

I gotta say I was very skeptical about buying these insoles at first but after using them for 2 weeks now I gotta say I am really impresed. I have plantir facillis and these insoles help eliminate that after standing/walking around for 9 hours a day. I have used other products but surprisingly these do help despite being pretty thin. The magnets might feel a little discomfoting at first but after a few days you won't notice it anymore. These soles did not completely eliminate my problem but it did give me a 80% improvement and I would definitely recommend them.

These are a bit narrow and are a bit loose in my size 13 work boots and shoes. Doesn’t seem to matter though, I just tap the heel of my boot after putting them on and strap them down, insoles don’t move afterwards. Seems to help with the ole stiff and sore back, reduced back pain and more flexibility. Barely even notice these insoles after awhile, I spen a lot of time on my feet at work and also walk and exercise with them in.
