These are awesome, but only for decor. They are not strong enough to hold a regular size stocking, perhaps the tiny decorative stocking would look cute. We don't hang stockings, so I use them just by themselves for decor on the mantle.

I bought these because they were described as being heavy enough to hold stuffed stockings and sit level on the surface you are using. I have them sitting on my bookcase at present, but will be using them to hold up Christmas greenery for decorations.

I like it, not to bad for the money. Does what i needed it to do.

These were way bigger and sturdier than expected. Love them and used them for two years in a row so far.

Great for decoration. Once you put something in the stocking, it falls. Thinking of adding a weight under it for next year.
