Good product
I bought this product to help support my back whilst recovering from a prolapsed disk, it measured bigger than I expected so probably could of had a smaller size but it does the job, the only negative is there is no way of knowing which edge is the top and which is the bottom so i may be wearing it upside down?

I ordered 2 different back supports. This one fits well and you keep it as tight as you want with the outer Velcro straps.Make sure you follow the sizing instructions and do not order trouser sizes it will come too small.Would recommend this belt for comfort and price. There are some on Amazon that are virtually the same but 3 times the price.

Well made but unfit for the purpose needed
Been using it mostly to help me support my back during laying tiles. It seems well made and durable. Only negative is that it folds when you bend and also burnt my skin because of the friction. I guess it would be good if you don't bend too much.
