BOC-1 0 Decor Candle Lighter

I bought this to use at my daughter's wedding to light the unity candle, it was compact and that was what we wanted. But it would not light....we could not get the lever in the center to push down, even big strong men had difficulty with it...Couldn't use it at all. Will never buy this brand again.

Lighter is really hard to use. You have to have really strong thumb to squeeze safety button on the top. The other problem is that the lighter run out of gas after ten days and in the user manual there is no explanation how to recharge it, if it is even possible.

I can barely use it with one hand and my wife who the lighter was meant for has to use two hands to light with it. Who ever made these "child safety laws" has no clue how they imped adults (same with medication containers). It is a nice lighter, I just has to rant.

Always have trouble using candle lighters. Finally found one that is simpler and easier on the hand to use even with my arthritis!

I was very disappointed with this candle lighter. It was very difficult to use. I would not buy this lighter again.

Sadly, apparently Calico has discontinued the manufacture of these great lighters. For shame.
