Durable and well made
We love our new mailbox and so do my neighbors. Strong construction and we stained the wood to the color we wanted. We did sand down some of the wood for smoothness. I recommend this product highly.

THE WESTERN CEDAR POST WAS EXCELLENT QUALITY AND EASY TO ASSEMBLE. WE PUT A BLACK MAILBOX ON IT AND IT LOOKS EXACTLY AS THE ONE IN THE AD.

Picture doesn't match what you receive
I would have given it 5 stars but it doesn't say that the wood was stained already in the picture. I assumed I would receive what you've shown. I purchased this post mainly for its coloring just to receive it bot that color or I wouldn't have purchased it
