VALRHONAChocolate Araguani 72% Feves - 2 lb

My doctor says I can eat one ounce of dark chocolate (at least 72%) every day. These are perfect & taste great!

I use this for ganache and also in Queen Mother's Cake. It performs flawlessly and is shelf stable.

The chocolate got here fine. I did expect it to come a little quicker, but no problems and was delicious in some cookies I made.

Very smooth and dark.Store in airtight bag or split up and vacuum seal it.

Beyond lovely. We have used this for fondue, ganache, and now a marvelous chocolate ice cream. Unbelievable.

When I last had these delectable feves a few years back, their full rich flavor melted in my mouth. Now I find they don't melt in my mouth as there is the soya lecithin and the emulsifier in the ingredients. this product no longer carries the full flavor it once did. Where is the gluten from that is stated on the ingredients? I thought gluten was from wheat products. I am so disappointed as I ordered these for my birthday hoping to experience that incredible happy feeling they used to offer. This is not the Valrhona that I remember - the absolute Rolls Royce of chocolate.

So much less expensive than buying the bars!
