just unscrew the flare connection from the valve body . I believe the body is taped for 1/4" npt

Q: Could I attach an Argon flowmeter to this and use a gas scale factor for N2 flow?

I don't know, only use mine to fill my nitrogen shocks on my buggy.

Q: What is the max inlet PSI rating?

I believe the guage goes to 4000 psi but the bottle I use is only 2000 psi

Q: Can it be used for air compressed pressure regulation?. I need to reduce an 600 psi inlet air to 0-150 psi.

No , the fittings on a nitrogen tank are different than those of a co2 tank
