These fit my Le Parfait large terrine jars perfectly and are same quality as the originals. They also arrived quickly.

You have to be a little careful with the size. (I'll admit I've been a lazy ass..) So what!!! Giggles... I store all my dry goods in these jars that I can find at any thrift shop for next to nothing. Bugs and other pests hate glass, they can't chew it or smell whats inside etc..The rubbers are hard to find on the cheap.. And there are different sizes. Even if the top of the jar head is the same as the others you may sometimes need a smaller or larger rubber for a good tight fit. LOL... Keep it clean people!!!

This fit our Uncle Ezra’s Cracker Barrel Assortment (4 Quart) cookie jar made by Crownford China (1966). It might not be exactly the same size as the original - the old one was dried out and hard to measure exactly - but it seems to fit and seal just fine. Also, says “Product of France” on the packaging.

We purchased these replacement rubber rings for some canning jars we use as canisters. The original rings were dried out, cracked, and falling apart. These arrived in a timely manner and seem to work fine. They are a little larger than the originals, so they don't fit snugly, but that is okay - we just want them to keep moisture out of the brown sugar...

My canister jars were more than 20 years old and had no markings other than Made in France. I tried to size them before ordering the gaskets and was unable to make a match as the inside and outside diameters did not match any of the sizes being sold. These sizes were listed in metric or English dimensions and only gave one dimension. I had ordered 100MM at first and they were to large. The Bormioli were listed as 3&1/2 inch so I tried these they fit, to my surprise they came in as 90MM not 3&1/2 Inch. Neither the 100MM or the 90MM gaskets would have fit according to my scale. Sa it seemed to indicate the area where the lid would seal and not the inside diameter and or the outside diameter, measured in Metric or English Inches. Only by trial and error and returning the first gaskets did I have a match. I wish they would have had Id. and Od. dimensions then I would have not spent wasted time and money getting the right gaskets. Five stars only said that I was happy that I did not have to discard the beautiful decorated old canisters, and silicon gaskets should last until I pass them on to my kids.

Love my large glass storage canister. But have been unable to use for almost a year for lack of a gasket. This one fits perfectly. Needed gasket to fit inside measurement 3.5” X outside measurement 4 1/8”. This one is a good fit. Looks great. Seals airtight.

I bought these for some vintage European liter jars, thinking that they would surely fit. Nope. The inside diameter is too large, allowing them to slip off when you open the jar. Granted, if you position them carefully, they will make an adequate seal, but since I'm using my jars as canisters, having them slip off every time I open the jars is a nuisance.I gave the product 3 stars because they are very good quality rings. It is not the fault of the manufacturer that Amazon has mislabeled them as being for 1 liter canning jars. If you are thinking of buying these, measure carefully. A difference of only 3-4 mm will make a difference!

This is a very good rubber ring. Very pliable and does not absorb odors readily.
