Great quality product at a great price.

I bought this cartridge 1.5 years ago when I mistakenly thought my cartridge was almost done. I just tried to install this cartridge two days ago and it will not fit in my Dell b2360dn printer. I contacted customer support twice by phone and once by email and got NO response out of them. They advertise a 2 year warranty on their product --- GOOD LUCK with that. Buyer beware. Do NOT buy from this company.Revised 6/30/2022. Customer support did eventually contact me and said they would send a replacement cartridge so I have upgraded by 1 star rating to a 3 star rating. I will update more after getting the replacement cartridge.
