Wahei Freiz Remi Hirano Remi Pan, Yellow

My wife is Japanese and had been raving about the Remipan for years. So a couple of years ago we bought the brown one and brought it back from Japan. It was, frankly, a great pan for the time it lasted.But that's a major problem with the Remipan: It didn't last that long. Less than a year and a half for the first one before we noticed the teflon on the bottom of the pan had been flaking off... and into our food! Now teflon supposedly isn't unsafe to ingest, but it defeats the purpose of a non-stick teflon-coated pan if it flakes off into your food, right? And even if it's safe, I really don't want to be serving my family and guests teflon flakes with their stir fry.And I want to stress that this wasn't the result of treating the pan poorly. We take very good care of our cookware.I have trouble recommending this pan because of these problems with the teflon coating wearing out so fast. I will say that the handle and lid are very well designed. Also, this pan ends up being great for pan frying, steaming, etc. But the bottom line is, it just doesn't last.Combine that with the very high price, and I really can't recommend this pan.

我が家では初代からレミパン愛用しています。Amazonでの購入は初めてですが。届いたレミパンは本物でしょうか？まず裏面の底が全く違います。重さも軽い。初代は8年つかっても油無し調理が出来ましたよ。さずがに見た目が悪くなってきたので買い換えましたが。しばらく使ってみれば解りますが。レミパンは取説通りに使えば本当に長持ちします。取説読まない私でも8年使ったくらいですから。偽物ならショックです。その際は又レビュー書きます！

以前（10年くらい前？）使用していて、長持ちして使いやすかったのでリピートしましたが、今回のはだめでした。仕様が変わったのでしょうか。１年弱で内部の加工が剥がれてしまいました。いいお値段するお鍋なので残念です。

おでん・煮物・ロールキャベツ・カレー・シチューは勿論・キャベツの重ね鍋等、沢山の料理に凄く役に立ってます！今回Amazonで買うのも２回目ですが前のレミパンも10年もちました。長持ちのコツは一度料理を作ったら、一晩も鍋に置いておかずタッパーに移しレミパンを開けて置く事です。冷蔵庫にレミパンごと料理が入ったまま保存するのは絶対にNGです。

2020年6月初旬に届き、使い易くて使っていましたが2週間程で少しテフロンが剥がれてきました。気に入っていて前から欲しくて念願のレミパンだったのにとても残念です。購入してすぐのため返品致しました。

今回でレミパン、3台目の購入です。鍋にもプライパンにも使えて毎日大活躍です。蓋を開けたときに内側にたまった湯気に注意が必要ですが大変使い易いマルチレミパンです。使う頻度が高い我が家では、１年過ぎると段々、テフロン加工が劣化して来ます。１年半で買い替えという感じです。これからもずっと使い続けるつもりです。
