Great 23 Gauge Pin Nailer. As Usual Stanley Bostich Quality and Durability
The Pin Nailer is great. Easy to adjust depth control and has a nice case and I have driven 2" pins into solid Hard Maple without an issue, so power is there if needed but driving pins is not too difficult. I have been using pneumatic Nailers for over 40 yrs. in construction and have NEVER had any issues with the durability and quality of Stanley Bostich Nailers. I have Roofing, Finishing, Brad and Pin Nailers and Wide, Narrow Mid-size Crown Staplers and Stanley Bostich is the only brand that I can go back 20+ yrs. and still find a parts if one needs replacement. As an example, I purchased a Hitachi N3804AB2 stapler and used it about 2 years and then the plastic nose piece had just disintegrated. So, I figured no big deal I will just go and order a replacement. NO LONGER AVAILABLE. I searched high and low everywhere on the net and no one has it. I had to make one with plastic dip. But a tool that is two years old you cannot find parts for is pathetic. That is why if you want a tool that will last you a lifetime and never have issues if you ever need parts then stay with Stanley Bostich and you will never be disappointed if you take care of your tools and keep them clean and maintained.

Great 23 gauge nailer
If you are looking at this nail gun, then you are clearly looking for something to help with hobby projects or finish carpentry. Note that this is a PIN nailer - meaning the pins have no heads. This should be used primarily to hold wood together while glue dries. I use this to pin outside corners of molding while glue dries so they never separate. I would not recommend this as a primary nailer for finish molding - you simply won't get a durable, long lasting hold. One thing that sets this gun apart - most 23 gauge pin nailers require a allen wrench to adjust the nail depth - this one uses a tool-less dial much like an 18 or 16 gauge.

Small - good for thin wood.
I haven't used this tool often enough yet to give it a fair review. So far it has worked well and hasn'tjammed up - better than the one it has replaced. If it holds up on my next big project where I need a small nailer I'll review it in more detail.

Great quality, works great.
It’s a Bostitch, so you know it’s high quality. I really like mine, it works flawlessly. The only complaint I have is the safety trigger is a bit of a pain to get used to. In fact, I ended up taping mine down so I wouldn’t have to mess with it.[7 month update] This gun is still performing flawlessly. I’ve used several brands of nails through it (Harbor Freight, Bostitch, and Freeman) and they all feed and fire perfectly. I’ve only had one jam and that was my own fault. Oh, I removed the tape from the safety trigger and learned to use it as designed. Took a little getting used to but it’s fine.

Great Pin Nailer
This is a “must-have” for fastening very small mouldings. It will leave the tiniest of holes to fill in the end product. Being a professional woodworker, I find many uses for this gun in and out of the shop. It shoots through very hard woods with ease. Just be sure to use a little glue in conjunction with these pin nails and it’ll be there forever.

Poor customer service from Bostich
This Pin Nailer, 23 Gauge, 2-Inch (BTFP2350K) failed on the 2nd use, less than 30 nails and the cartridge slide jammed. The nailer would not shoot any nails and the slide would not open all the way then not at all.Since it was passed the Amazon return date, I contacted Bostich and they asked for the purchase date model and serial numbers. I sent this information. Then they sent me a link to open an account with Bostich with credit card info to proceed. I replied with a request to replace this brand new tool and send a prepaid label to ship the defective tool.Bostich replied their only solution was to send it to the repair center. This statement was after 4 days of back and forth emails. Then they replied that a prepaid label will be sent to me.Bostich collected all the specific information on day 1 about this purchase. Meanwhile project is on hold.Did not receive a prepaid label and ended up disassembling and fixing the problem myself, rather tricky removing the cartridge slide, it has several very long springs. The nailer has not failed again.
