Brilliant Product
This is first sharpener we've found that actually works and leaves our knives sharper than when new.It's expensive but worth every penny and far cheaper than replacing a set of good knives.

Works brilliantly - if you follow the instructions!
My collection of old kitchen knives are sharper than they have ever been. The paper-cut test is unbelievable... the cuts are so clean. Dicing onions, slicing meat etc is a breeze. The only thing with this tool is you actually do have to read the instructions and take your time. I have seen a few reviews on the internet complaining that this tool doesn't work, but those people plainly either didn't read the instructions or didn't follow them. Do what it says in the book and you will have the sharpest knives ever.

A brilliant knife sharpener, well worth the money.
The sharpener was just what the advert said I have sharpened all the kitchen knives, took some time because they were English and had a 20 degree angle. Since sharpening the knives have retained their cutting edge and seemed to glide through any veg or meat with the easiest of force, even my partner loves them. I would recommend this product to anyone, it’s not cheap but the difference is there to bo seen.

Remarkable!! For me, all manual and electric sharpeners I've owned to date have never lived up to my expectations, until now, that is. To sum it up...... WOW ! Follow the instructions to the letter, it's then childs play to get the result you want. There are options on what edge you prefer too. All my European and Japanese blades are super sharp. BEWARE - This is not suitable for UK Sockets
Does not have a UK plug. Unusable in UK as delivered. I noted the other reviews but the supplier's description advises this is "suitable for UK sockets" - This is WRONG. IT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR UK SOCKETS.
