Overall I am very happy with the product. Assembled easy and pretty well adjusted from factory. However, if you are not mechanically inclined and have not worked on bikes before you may want to take it to the bike shop to have them set it up. Front fender should have been installed at factory. Mine was not which requires disassembly of front brakes to get it on. Then you have to reset them. Also if you are tall, get the handle bar extender. Front derailer needed some adjustments too. It threw the chain a couple of times, but after tweeking it was fine and rides great.

This bike is awesome. Easy to fold and fits behind the door if needed. I have been commuting on this for a while now and have only had one issue with the rear wheel and an issue with the front fender. The rack is awesome and very helpful. Makes folding and storing a breeze. The manufacturer is not the greatest when there are warranty issues. The fender would not hold in place and I was told they would ship out a new "some time in the next few months". And the rear wheel - two spoke broke at the center attachments and I was told to have it repaired and they would see what they could do after I gave them a repair receipt. But the bike itself is great.

If you’re on the boarder between two bike sizes, I recommend picking the larger rather than smaller one. For my wife and I, 5’9” and 6’2”, we needed a 19” and 21” bikes, but initially picked a 17” and 19”. Otherwise a great bike out of the box with minimal set up required. SAFECASTLE was great to work with to figure out returning the 17” and getting a 21” in replacement.

I just love this bike!!!!! The bike should have came with a kickstand, that would be nice. The bike cost enough.
