MOXXI Wireless 2-N-1 Go Karaoke Machine

Update 1/16/2015: The reason I want to edit the review is that I just discovered a cool hidden feature that is not described on the manual. It seems that the mini "pebble" receiver cycles through 4 different sound field effects when the power button is shortly pressed and released.WOW.. This wireless microphone is one of kind! First impression: The design is really cool and comfortable to hold. The 1-button design on the mic and the receiver along with the quality build gives a high end "iPhone accessory" feel.I could not believe an UHF microphone at this low price point. I bought a Shure at 8x of the price and yet their performances and ranges are similar. GO appears to have a slightly lower gain or lower sensitivity so that you will need to hold it closer to your lips but not at a uncomfortable range. That is the only short coming that I noticed. I opened the shell and didn't find a compander inside -- just like Shure claimed. So I suspect that GO is also using digital method. It is a real UHF microphone not 2.4G or 5.8G, and the propagation delay is almost non-existent.The shell is glossy plastic but does not feel cheap. The mic design is trendy and sexy. The minimalism receiver is also plastic and shaped like a pebble. Very compact. About the size of an egg but flat. Personally I think the receiver is over designed to have the nice look because it is so small and once you plug it to your audio system, nobody will even notice it.Speaking of the receiver, it is truly unique. It doubles as a Bluetooth receiver too -- meaning it can receive both the UHF signal from the microphone AND, at the same time, a Bluetooth signal from a Bluetooth source such as an iPhone, iPad or any smartphone or tablet! This is why they market this UHF microphone as a Karaoke machine because one can sing to the microphone and send the background song/music from a smartphone/tablet to the receiver at the same time. The receiver then mixes the 2 together (seemingly with some sound effects blended in because I did think my voice sounded this good :) and playback through your existing audio system/loud speaker. That just turned your phone to a Karaoke machine!! This is probably the smallest Karaoke machine in the world!This receiver also converts my old audio into a Bluetooth audio system! I can turn off the microphone and play the songs on my phones via Bluetooth using the audio and the loud speaker. How cool is that! I have been thinking of buying a Bluetooth receiver to convert my audio. Now this just saved me 25 bucks. :)Did I mention the battery is built in the microphone? It is rechargeable but I haven't used the charger yet. Used it for 2 nights -- estimated about 6~7 hours and the mic is still going strong.This is a high quality UHF microphone minus the boring look and plus the Bluetooth.

I loved this it does exactly what it says & really a genius idea. Im able to connect to ipad and use it to play what every music I choose.

Having problems getting it to pair with iPad & Bluetooth speaker

doesn't not pick up voice over 1 inch away, there is a built in echo for effects and can't turn it off
