We were shopping for a handrail, and I sent this to our contractor for his thoughts. He looked at the video and was impressed with how these handrails are constructed. He installed it with no issues and it is a beautiful as well as functional addition to the entry of our home.

I love our new hand rail! We have been in need for safety in getting in and out of our home! We loved it so much we bought a second one for the other side of our steps! It was so easy to install and very affordable and wonderful smooth finish making it comfortable to hold on to. We highly recommend these railings for whatever your need. They are very secure and attractive too!

My 80-year old mother dislocated her shoulder and lost the use of her left arm. Her stairs only had a rail on one side. I bought this to mount to the wall-side of the stairs and couldn't be happier. It's a really nice design and heavy duty materials. It was easy to mount and is solid as a rock.

Firstly, customer service was readily available (even late and on weekends) and very supportive with technical advice. Secondly, I had a problem with the rail supports and the adjustment where the supports attach to the rail. More than likely this was my fault but nevertheless two things happened: (1) I got quick and substantial answers detailing the adjustment I needed to make to the supports and (2) I had to remove and reinstall every support to make the adjustment necessary to limit the flexing of the rail. Of note - the attachment that needed to be tightened was unable to be sufficiently tightened on two of the supports because the screw that I was tightening was bottoming out and would not quite go in far enough to get everything snug. With these two supports I drilled and tapped a couple more threads and then everything worked wonderfully. This is a minor fabrication issue that probably has been fixed by now or was in the process of being addressed as the majority of the supports were able to be tightened adequately with no intervention on my part.After changing my order two or three times because I couldn't decide on the returns, PromenAid staff generously sent both end caps and ADA returns with the option to send the ADA returns back for a refund. All I can say is that the pictures don't do them justice - the ADA returns look beautiful and easily are the highlight of the installation.With the longer run, I had to butt two shorter sections together and it works just fine but I wonder if an internal coupling would've made that an easier and more secure process.There was a lot that could go wrong with this order and very little did go wrong. We have a beautiful and sturdy handrail system and it only took a few hours to get it in place. Again, kudos to PromenAid for answering the phone.

This is the easiest, most straightforward handrail system ever. The packaging and finish are excellent and shipping was super quick. The 3 handrails I ordered went together perfectly as the parts are clearly thought out. I’m buying again for the next project!

We purchased a handrail for our back patio. It came pretty quickly and was nice quality. It looks great and feels very nice on the hands.When we went to install, we decided we had purchased one that was too short. (this was OUR issue, not mfg issue). We also ordered the wrong ends (there are curved end caps and flat end caps). We used the Amazon site to communicate with the seller/manufacturer. They responded very quickly answering questions. They worked with us to replace the handrail bar with a longer one (all the other original parts were usable on the longer bar), and get the end caps we wanted.The seller/manufacturer went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us with an issue that was totally our fault. We would definitely buy from this Manufacturer again!

Super well-packaged, extra fasteners provided, impressive quality of manufacture, super easy to install, and rock solid after installation. LOVE the fact that the brackets slide to where the studs are, unlike most other railings that use pre-drilled locations and (unacceptable to me) drywall anchors. Relatively expensive, but you gotta pay for the best.

Bought this for my old house that was missing a handrail and has a steep staircase.This is a high quality handrail, well designed, fairly easy to install and feels sturdy in your hand.My only problem is the screws included, they strip very easily, and on a steep staircase, putting screws not in centered, I had to throw them away.My advice is buy your own construction screws, 2 and a half inch, or if you want to match, floor screws which are black. Robertson bits don’t strip as easily as their Philips brothers.My two cents, a good buy for the price.

Absolutely love it!!!! Looks modern, so much so that I ordered more fir my home and cottage. Definitely recommended!!!
