I don't want to sound like one of those ridiculous reviewers that does nothing but overhype a product and leave others disappointed so I should start off by saying this is my own personal experience and I cannot guarantee it for anyone else but with that being said, I can't categorize these anything short of being an actual miracle supplement.I've lived with IBS, I've been plagued with leaky gut and more days than not, I have some form of diarrhea. I'm almost always bloated after I eat, even if it's not much and I'll occasionally get waves of nausea. Gluten nearly sends me to the hospital. Lactose puffs me up for at least 24 hours. I guess I can just simplify this by saying my digestive system has limited my quality of life.I rarely even eat until about 2 or 3pm because I just don't feel good in the morning. I feel like this has of coursed held back any athletic or physical potential because I have such an unhealthy pattern of eating.Here's the bright of shining hope though. Everything I just mentioned has essentially lessened or completely dissipated since I started taking these enzymes. I even had some greek yogurt last night and there wasn't the slightest sign of bloating. I've tried hard over the years to eat the best I can but there has always been gaps in my knowledge and I feel like my digestive system has made me pay every single time.I'm confident that's no more! I do think the dosing of these pills is pretty important and I'd recommend taking no less than 6 per day. I'll take 3 before my first meal (slowly getting earlier and earlier) and then another 3 before my bigger, last meal. I've experimented with 2, 2, 2 as well when I have 3 meal days.These have been worth every penny and they have put an end to my suffering.

For the last year, at the advice of my doctor, I've tried everything I could think of to get regular - more fiber, more water, increasing my intake of fruits and vegetables, more exercise. Nothing was really working, and I ended up having to take a laxative on a semi-regular basis. Even with that, I was still feeling bloated and uncomfortable, and I could tell that my body just wasn't working at top efficiency. During this same time, I've also been working on losing weight, and have managed to lose almost 40 lbs (water, exercise, and veggies - who knew? :-). However, in the last couple of weeks, I started to stall, and then my weight began creeping back up the scale. Once again, I was feeling constipated and gross. When this supplement caught my eye, I thought I'd love to try anything that didn't involve me taking a laxative for the rest of my life. I started taking it six days ago, and have had a bowel movement every day for the last five days. My weight is back down to where it was, and I'm even feeling a little more energetic, which isn't surprising, I guess, since I don't feel like I've got a brick in my stomach anymore. So far, I love this supplement - it's done everything I was hoping. I'll keep taking it, and will report back in a month.

Seems good kinda expensive though.

I've been feeling nauseous and bloated for no reason...especially towards the end of the day. It probably wouldn't hurt if I cut out gluten and dairy, but I do love vegetables and I work out regularly. I'm not a super unhealthy eater. I realized maybe my stomach chemistry was off, so I went looking for a probiotic.I love that Genius promised to use the best stuff and figure out cost later. I really want to try like 10 other products. Within 10-15 minutes of taking the digestive pills, I can feel it working. After just a day, my stomach has calmed down a lot. No bloating and very little nausea. So much more effective than Tums or Pepto Bismol and they don't have that weird after-feeling. You just feel much more normal (which is a relief). Feeling better naturally boosted my mood and energy levels too. They had lots of high reviews, so I felt confident paying a little higher price.Also, to be honest, I'm a graphic designer and branding NERD. I may buy their product again just because of how freaking beautiful their packaging is. High quality, all the way around.

I've become a fan of 'digestive enzymes' over the past year. I've tried a few different brands with varying results. This one is my favorite thus far. Not only am I getting the benefits of aiding in digestion but some of the other active ingredients we're supplements I was taking standalone (such as bromelain for sinuses and ginger for anti-inflammation). Considering all of that makes this a better value to me than just another digestive aid.Pro tip - take the full dose. I would sometimes only take one or two capsules to kind of get the job done but I noticed when I took a full dose I had more energy. And who doesn't love that? On the flip side, I've been very good about taking these first thing in the morning but have been scattered when it comes to taking them in the afternoon with lunch. In a perfect world I would take them with every meal since the point is to aid in digestion (and nutrient absorbtion).I've probably noticed the most consistent results from these then other brands I've tried. Every person is different so maybe their blend just works for me. Still, I'd highly recommend you try them at least once.

Tried out taking enzymes to help my digestion. While these are okay for that they aren't the best that I've tried. The bottle is pretty so I guess that makes it easier to want to try them. Would I buy them again? Probably not. I've tried better products for the same price and with more servings per bottle.
