So so gorgeous and amazing customer relations they were writing back and forth to me I had a million questions before purchasing and they answered every single one I could not be more impressed. Absolutely beautiful arrived in perfect condition soil was even moist don't give this company a second thought go for it they are awesome!!!!!!!

It was a little beat up looking. I'm thankful for it being boxed. I was a little worried that it was going to come with leaves falling off. I got this Tree because I've always wanted a Southern Magnolia. I sure it be gifted if someone were to want a tree like this. It's warmth is the brownish yellow ribbon and the wrapping. It also came a lot sooner than I thought it was.

The media could not be loaded. Incredible customer service and a beautiful tree. Amazon messed up our order and gave them the wrong address to ship to, but this company still honored and shipped another one to where it was supposed to have been shipped to. Will definitely order again!!!!

I was very disappointed.I was told there would be flowers and there are none.Will cancel my prime amazon account I received a picture so I am sure there were no flowers
